Strengths:	Comfortable adjustable padded seat, easy to put together, intuitive onboard computer that provides 12 different exercise programs, pulse monitors on padded hand grips, very quiet operation
Weaknesses:	Book holder in front of onboard computer can hold magazines but not most books. Confusing instructions and addendum to instructions. The water bottle holder can only hold skinny bottles.

So far very happy with the purchase. The only thing bad about the bike besides the weaknesses mentioned above is the flimsy plastic encasing above the shrouded flywheel. The thing had a long hairline crack along the side right out of the box, which wasn't damaged during shipping. I have been peddling away on various programs for 30 minutes/20 miles everyday since I got the bike and it's convenient, ergonomic, fun, and you get quite a cardiovascular workout. My wife has been using it everyday as well and we are both convinced that the recumbent bike is a better buy and safer option than using a treadmill.
